: The unit can be placed either indoor or outdoors. If outside, the Outdoor Cover needs to be used to protect from the elements and keep the warranty in place. Choose a shaded, preferably sheltered position out of direct sunlight. Leave at least 50cm clear around vents to allow airflow. Also ensure the maintenance door can be accessed and the controller is within easy reach.
