The Helsi™ Ice Plunge is an ice bath that chills itself. Fill it once, plug it in, and it holds the water between 0 and 42 °C, kept clean by ozone, a filter and UV light. No ice to buy, no plumbing.
An ice bath (or cold plunge tub) with a chiller has a built-in cooling unit that holds the water at the temperature you set, and water care that keeps it clean. You never buy ice. The Helsi™ Ice Plunge cools down to 0 °C with a 1.5 hp compressor, warms up to 42 °C and cleans the water automatically every 4 hours with ozone, a 20-micron filter and UV light. It runs on a standard 10 A power point and needs no fixed water connection.

Water care that runs on its own
The ice bath does most of the cleaning itself. Your part is a quick look at the filter and the water values: pH 7.2 to 7.6. Shower briefly before, close the lid after, and skip chlorine.
