The Helsi Ice Plunge is delivered Kerbside.

Delivery to Metro areas (Brisbane, Melbourne & Sydney) is free with regional areas incurring an extra cost (quoted at check out). Unboxing & installation of the unit is the responsibility of the customer.

Helsi One Saunas & Red Lights are delivered free (excluding remote locations). Additional delivery charges will added at checkout (based on your destination & postcode).

Shipping the Helsi Ice Plunge

The Helsi Ice Plunge is delivered in a durable plywood crate with an integrated pallet to ensure safe transport.

Due to its size and weight, proper preparation is essential for a smooth delivery and setup process.

Delivery Crate Dimensions and Weight:

• External Crate Dimensions: 215L x 87W x 120H cm
• Crate Weight: 280 kg
• Unit Weight (outside crate): 210 kg 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION regarding Uncrating of your Ice Plunge and Initial Handling

Please note that it is very important to follow the specific instructions below in order to properly document your Ice Plunge delivery and relocation. Adhering to these instructions is required to ensure that the process is accurately documented, and to ensure that any future claims for damages can be fully reviewed and properly validated.

• On Crate Delivery: Prior to dismantling the crate, please take photos of the delivered crate from all angles.
• Dismantling the Crate: A screwdriver is required to remove the plywood panels. Carefully remove the plywood panels and dispose of the packaging responsibly.
• Prior to Relocation: Take photos of your Ice Plunge from all angles unpackaged and prior to relocation. Please ensure all outer panels are clearly visible.
• Lowering the Unit: The Ice Plunge is delivered on a +15 cm pallet and must be carefully lowered to ground level before it can be moved. Due to the 210kg weight of the IcePlunge, a minimum of four people (or mechanical assistance) will be required.
• Moving the Ice Plunge: Once lowered, provided the access route is clear and level, your plunge can be relocated using its built-in wheels or a pallet jack. If there are obstacles such as stairs, uneven surfaces, or significant height differences, a minimum of four people (or mechanical assistance) will be required to safely move your bath into its desired location.
• Final Placement of your Ice Plunge: Once you have relocated your Ice Plunge to its final location please take photos of your plunge from all angles ensuring that all exterior panelling is visible.

Damages and issues - all products

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

• your item is defective,
• your item is damaged or,
• you receive an incorrect item

In order to make any claim your purchased products serial number must be provided as well as all photo documentation of your delivery receipt, unpacking and relocation processes.

Returns

We do not offer returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product is faulty, not as described, or otherwise fails to meet consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.
