  • Assembly, unboxing, and installation are the responsibility of the customer

Helsi Ice Plunge Delivery Information

Your Ice Plunge is shipped in a heavy-duty plywood crate with an integrated pallet to ensure safe transport.

Due to its size and weight, please review the following carefully to prepare for delivery and installation.

Delivery Crate Specifications

  • External dimensions: 215cm (L) × 87cm (W) × 120cm (H)
  • Crate weight: 280kg
  • Ice Plunge unit weight (excluding crate): 210kg
  • Supplied on a +15cm pallet

Important Delivery & Handling Instructions

To ensure safe delivery and to support any future damage claims, it is essential to follow the steps below.

On Delivery (Before opening your crate)

  • Prior to dismantling your crate, take clear photos of the crate from all angles

Uncrating

  • Use a screwdriver to remove the plywood panels
  • Carefully dismantle the crate
  • Dispose of packaging responsibly

After Uncrating

  • Take photos of the unit from all angles before moving it
  • Ensure all exterior panels are clearly visible

Lowering the Unit

  • The unit must be carefully lowered from the pallet to ground level
  • Due to the 210kg weight, a minimum of 4 people or mechanical equipment is required

Moving the Ice Plunge

  • Once on level ground, it can be moved using:
    • Built-in wheels, or
    • A pallet jack
  • If there are stairs, slopes, or uneven surfaces, 4+ people or machinery will be required

Final Placement

  • Once installed in its final position, take photos from all angles
  • Ensure all exterior panels are visible

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is damaged
  • Your item is defective
  • You received the wrong item

To process any claim, you must provide:

  • Product serial number
  • Photo evidence of delivery
  • Unboxing photos
  • Relocation photos

Returns

We do not offer returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
