In short
What is a portable infrared sauna without a cabin?
An infrared sauna without a cabin warms the body with infrared heaters, without a fixed wooden cabin in the room. In the Helsi™ One you lie on a heated mat, two bamboo domes close over your body, your head stays out. Graphene heaters in the domes and the mat warm you from every side, 132 LEDs add red and near-infrared light. Stored, it needs less than 1 m².

Cabin, tent, blanket or dome?

Fits an apartment
Between sessions the Helsi™ One stands upright, 100 × 76.5 × 48 cm, about the footprint of a side table. For a session you roll it out on its rubber wheels and pull both domes over the 200 × 80 cm mat. It takes about two minutes.
No dedicated circuit: a standard 10 A power point is enough, the Helsi™ One draws 1,800 W, about 7.5 A. Use extension cords only if they are rated for the full load.
No water, no steam in the room. Air the room briefly after a session and wipe the mat.
Nothing is fixed to a wall or ceiling or permanently connected. When you move, it moves with you. Indoors only, on a level, dry floor.

Rolled out on rubber wheels in about 2 minutes.
