How much space do I need for a portable sauna?
The special thing about Helsi™ One Sauna is that it can be set up and taken down within a few minutes. Thanks to its innovative design, the compact sauna needs less than 1 m² of space when folded (slid together: 100 × 76.5 × 48 cm). Set up, it needs about 2 m² (extended on its mat: 200 × 80 cm). The red light, the infrared mat and all heaters are already built in, so it can be heated up within a few minutes and is ready to use shortly afterwards.
Can I use red light without the heat?
Yes. The controller has three modes: infrared, red light or both, so you can run a red light session without the far-infrared heaters.
Do I need a special power connection?
No, portable models such as Helsi™ One Sauna are designed to run on a normal household socket. At 1,800 W in total (about 7.5 A at 230–240 V), the sauna simply plugs into a normal 16 A household socket and is energy efficient.
Can I use Helsi™ One Sauna Dome outdoors?
No. Helsi™ One Sauna Dome is designed for indoor use only. Place it on a flat, dry floor near a socket.
