“What stood out to me with Helsi is how well thought through everything is. From customising the temperature to having actual ice on the surface within hours, it’s clear a lot of care has gone into the design. The plunge itself is deep, a true full-body experience, and it’s very easy to get in and out. The build quality is excellent, and it complements both my gym and sauna perfectly. It’s something I’d recommend to anyone looking to make cold therapy a consistent part of their routine.”
