It is designed primarily for indoor use. While it is portable and can be moved easily, it should not be used or stored in outdoor conditions where it could be exposed to moisture or extreme weather.

The Helsi One infrared light wavelengths are below the safe threshold, making it safe for regular use:

• Red Wavelengths: 630-660 nm
• Near-Infrared (NIR) Wavelengths: 810, 830, and 850 nm
  

The irradiance levels of the Red Light LEDs used in the Helsi One Dome Sauna are considered safe for therapeutic purposes. These levels are as follows:
